Transforming mandatory training into meaningful growth
In 2021, a global enterprise needed a smarter way to upskill 3,000+ employees. Their existing LMS was outdated, overly complex, and lacked the visibility needed across departments. Our goal was to reimagine the learning experience—building a desktop-first platform that simplified course assignment, improved employee engagement, and gave managers and admins actionable insights at every stage.
Challenges
Employees struggled to stay motivated, while managers had limited visibility into team learning. Admins faced clunky tools that made assigning training and tracking compliance a manual, error-prone process. We needed to rebuild trust in the system—by putting usability, personalization, and control at the center of the experience.
